INTERNATIONAL PORSCHE FESTIVAL
IX ANNUAL MEETING of PORSCHE CLUB POLAND

Organizer.
The organizer of IX ANNUAL MEETING of PORSCHE CLUB POLAND is Porsche Sport Driving Academy of Automobilklub Wielkopolski.
Characteristics.
1. Meeting will take place under the regulations of Porsche Club Poland Regulations
2008, and Detailed Regulations.
2. Date of the Meeting: 29-31.08.2008
3. Meeting will take place on Poznań Square, Hotel 500 Tarnowo Podgórne and
Poznań Track.
4. Classes and classification according to Porsche Club Poland Regulations 2008.

Schedule:
29th August - Friday 
15:00 – Briefing - Poznań Square Kolegiacki 1, technical check of cars, placement of sponsors/partner stickers on cars
16:30 – Drive of participants to the Old City Market of Poznan, preparation for the Honour Start
17:00 – Festive Start of the International Porsche Festival – IX Annual Meeting of Porsche Club Poland, together with VIPs, sponsors and authorities of the Poznan City. Fashion Show, presentation of cars. Ceremonial start from the central ramp to the first event – driving to the event by map
  - driving test I
  - driving test II
  - driving test III
21:00 - Drive to Meeting Base  - returning to Hotel 500 Tarnowo Podgórne

30th August - Saturday 
08:00 - 08:30 - Departure from Meeting Base - Hotel 500 Tarnowo Podgórne – to Poznan Track
08:30 - 08:50 – Briefing At  "Poznan Track" Depo – splitting cars into 4 groups that will be changing for individual events
08:50 - 09:00 -Start of events

4 groups of around 25-30 cars each – 4 parallel driving tests, changing of groups every 2 hours

Group1:
  - driving instructions at Poznan race track, together with instructors (4-6 instructors, 2-3 laps)
  - training laps
  - laps for special quests
  - self-improvement laps
Electronic measurement of lap times – verification of training self-improvement!

Group 2:
  - contest driving I („ciężarówki/trucks” square, 2 races, best time counts, 1 lap – 1-2min)

Group 3:
- contest driving II („Cyganski/Gypsy” square, 2 races, best time counts, 1 lap – 1-2min)

Group 4:
  - contest driving III (part of the carting track, 2 races, best time counts, 1 lap- 2-3min)


WOMEN CUP – will take place on the Cart Track as an additional race in the partner’s car of his group
PORSCHE CAYENNE – offroad test for Porsche Cayenne (depending on the availability of minimum number of participants)

17:00 – Contest racing in groups on race track, 3 laps

In the meantime, a Porsche service car will be available at discounted prices to all participants to check tyres, breaking pads, oil, etc

On the parking place in front of the DEPO, Porsche Family Picnic will take place:
  - slides for kids
  - presentation of new Porsche cars
  - grill, sausages, etc
  - virtual Porsche 2000 Tournament
  - car show – elegance contest
  - fashion show
  - rest pavilion for participants – catering
  - many other attractions
21:00  Dinner - Banquet -  Meeting base Hotel 500 Tarnowo Podgórne
           Prizes and cups for winners of IX ANNUAL MEETING of PCP
           Prizes and cups for winners of Season 2008
           Live Rock band, grill

31st  August – Sunday
  11:00 – checkout of the Hotel 500. Formation of cars column
  12:00 - PORSCHE Parade – column driving from Tarnowo Podgórne to Old City Market of Poznan
             Decoration of winners by officials
  13:30 - End of IX ANNUAL MEETING of PCP. Traditional „Poznanian” Coffe and Sweet style farewell for participants
